How to use Melatonin

Before using, consult your pharmacist, physician, or other health care professional. The daily dose of Melatonin should be taken 1 to 2 hours before bedtime or at the time told to you by your doctor. The dose may be increased by your doctor after 1 to 2 weeks if the effect is insufficient.
